Why do things stick to other things when they are burnt? For example, my eggs this morning stuck on the frying pan because I burnt them. Now there is a thin layer of burnt egg stuck to the entire pan.
What about heating something up makes it more likely to stick, you ask? I don't know, I have the same question.
