Saturday Mornings!

I love Saturday mornings! Once a month I have to work on Saturday but I am usually home by 2 or 3 pm and I like Saturday afternoons too so it works out OK.  We usually spend the day relaxing and catching up on things we have been too busy to do during the week. And we almost always make pancakes. While I do all of the cooking during the week, Daniel takes over Saturday mornings and makes his famous pancakes. Why are they famous? Because sometimes they are so big they fall off the griddle and sometimes he makes them with three layers of stuff inside (stuff usually being chocolate). I like my pancakes plain but he still manages to spice them up.
